nobody starves in albania except for the gypsies and better feta cheese than macdonalds.thewestside wrote:Suppose it's better than starving in Albania. Oh wait, there's always goat cheese!
as for azure, take your phony facts somewhere else because they don't exist in albania. and the only reason the statistics could even come close is because of albanian men and their height which is i believe the tallest in europe.

WOW. I completely disagree with that. All Albanians I have met here were generally shorter and skinner(not fat, but muscle) than Macedonians.CheGuevara wrote:nobody starves in albania except for the gypsies and better feta cheese than macdonalds.thewestside wrote:Suppose it's better than starving in Albania. LOL! So the WHO just makes this stuff up, don't they?CheGuevara wrote:as for azure, take your phony facts somewhere else because they don't exist in albania.
You call the worldwide authority on healthcare "phony", but accept a flimsy ad generating website(because yes, that's what it is) that can't even bother to spend $10 a month for a legitimate domain as gospel?
You're right, facts don't exist in Albania.
I suggest you do a little reading on what "BMI" means.and the only reason the statistics could even come close is because of albanian men and their height which is i believe the tallest in europe.

Re: The Fattest Country : America at Risk
i don't care which organization conducted the research. i go to albania every summer and i know what the people look like there. overweight people are rare in albania. go look at pictures of crowds of albanians and you'll see the same thing.
so the bmi (kg/m2) is 28 in albania and 30 in the united states for men? then those 2 points must mean a huge difference then because the people living in albania are much skinnier than american citizens.

Re: The Fattest Country : America at Risk
It's the same for Macedonians and the rest of the Balkan countries. Most middle aged men are overweight. There are alot of overweight youth but not in the same numbers as in America or Canada. Obese men and women, are however, rare, unlike America.thewestside wrote:Official facts > Johnny's personal (and probably made up) anecdotes.
