I heard it mentioned at the very end of the song Ghetto Star by Tupac off the better days cd. The VERY end of the song.

And I was watching an old episode of cops when they went to LA and there was a tag on a wall that said "Sun-side" or "Sunny-side".

I just thought it was interesting.

in 2013, a 1 Bed Room apartment is $1,000 - $1,400 in most areas. In the hood / varrio you can find a 1 Bedroom for about $850 - $950 if you can handle a smaller apartment in a place that has higher crime.
