The way I see the laws in Canada is they are either too soft or too hard.

Hahah, true. I knew this one Jamaican guy living here, who always made a big noise about how snitches are pussies and deserve to be killed, and what they did to snitches in Kingston, etc. Always acting hard like he would be some kind of a superman.
