Been seeing that for several years now. I always wondered that too?

I know it aint for Crip. I'm thinking that there must be some type of destinction from taggers that write Crew and Krew one with a K and the other with a C.

I could be wrong


but I dont know thats why I'm asking becasue I remember when I was in Junior high I remember taggers being sceared just to have a name that had CK in it Ie; Trick, Flock Treck, etc.......

when they cross out the C is it like an X throught it?

my crew will either write a C or a K at the end for crew it really dont matter which one...sometimes they might put a line like at the top of the C but its not meant to look like were crossing it out..its more of a style thing. im not in LA so i dont know what their writting over their but i havnt seen anyone crossing out C's over here.

Well,it don't matter if it be a C or a K.It still stands for crew.I stay in Compton but don't really see that much.But some times it do stand for Crip.If there's another reason,i wouldn't know

^haha damn..thats my crew J2H...but im over here in Fontana..we started it out here because my friend was from the one in LA but we kept wirtting it but i dont talk to the ones in LA..but damn...i might stop writting it an make my own crew because the J2H in LA have beef with everybody theyre more of a gang than a crew..

J2H and Ucla originally started at or around L.A High...I used to write with sum of the UCLA's..Like my ol' homie AyePlus...The "C" with tghe line threw it is more of style....almost like making it look like a cent sign, almost like the dollar sign "$"

in long beach most taggers cross out the c because all the longos r making them the longos r the bigest mexican gang in long beach and they are ck so they make them cross it out or they get drop

Eventually most crews start banging and dressing like gansters they ussually end up with beef from crips and they say f*ck em. Crews might cross it out because they want to show that their set is so tuff that they can even handle crips. I also know crews taht cross it out cuzz alot of their older brothers, family, and neighborhood are from a CK gang and they wanna start putting in work aganits the crips. Don't meant nothin cuz most taggers dont shoot theyll just get down.

Thats true cuz Longo makes RFD claim CK but most of them want to cuz they wanna start bein hard. Longo doesn't really do that unless they are real cool with the crew, ussually they force them into Longo. From what I know Longo is gettin tired of all these tagger crews cuz they just give Longo a harder time and problems.

I been seing it it SC LA sometimes even in Crip hoodz. Most Crips dont pay it know mind because niggaz dont be on taggers like that. But if it comes out that taggers is crossing out C's for Crip than it will probaly change the taggin world in LA as we know it because it will be open season on taggers period.

SCLA is a tagging crew that goes by Still Controling Los Angeles. J2H crosses out c's because they have alot of beef with CEW. Alot of tagging crews cross out letters nowadays just like we do for our enemies. Other taggers do do it as a style and has nothing to do with Crips.

Ay homie just cause a tagging crew crosses out a C doesnt mean their crip killaz. They might be if they have beef with acertain Crip set but it might be that they cross it out because they have beef with another crew orhave beef with a varrio that starts with letter C.

First off I agree with Listo.... That was my original thought that maybe they just cross out the C because of other tagging crews I believe I said that in one of my earlier post....

But I know the difference between somebody Wacking out a C versus it being done for style (Cent sign)................
