Legit, writer RIP

I never heard how Legit, the old school LA writer died. I knew him in LA from about 1982 - 1985, then when I was in NY in 1989 i was on the train in the Bx at about 3am and i looked up and saw Legit getting on the train, the D train at 170th, we kept in touch for a short time, then I came back to LA in 1990-91, Never seen him again after that.

Sorry to hear he was dead. There is a pic of him posted in the gallery that I took of him in 1984.
