Grafitti in my hood

Whats good everybody, i'm from OKC (Oklahoma City) This is some graffiti that I saw hit up in my neighborhood while driving home from work. I don't know much about gangs, can somebody help me out on what it means.

That's not even a placa. That's just some copycat in Oklahoma who thinks he is claiming 13 sur. He needs to get a street name and actually make up a gang name and then learn how to write it.

no they got a name there just a copycat of Barrio 13 over by the Rosewood/Gardena border over by 135 piru

Nah its on 23rd street so I doubt they were repping 13th street

Well, then seeing that it says, "barrio 13" that is as lame as seeing a graffiti that says something like, "The Bloods" or "The Crips" which is lame.
