Grafiti in my community

These grafitis recently turned up in my community. Any insights on what they could mean?

I think those might just be names of graffiti artists, but I heard that there actually was a gang named Sane. So where is your community?

Just outside of Atlantic City, New Jersey. Do you know of any information on the "Sane" group?
