a REAL tagger does not tagg on someones pad..thats like a known unofficial rule..but any other walls, signs, benches, buildings, sidewalks, frieghts, curbs, etc are are fair game..only bangers be hittin up there neighborhood on maybe an opposing neighborhoods pad ...

A couple years ago in a well known gang's territory in LA (won't mention which one) they did a big ass tag with their name and the name B-Boy crossed out. We were over there with a mixed group black, white, asian, mexican, and I guessed we could have looked 'b-boy' to them. I don't know whether that tag was directed at us or not but that's what it could have been interpreted as since it was right next to the building we were up in.

in NYC, theres alot of graffiti in city parking lots, roofs, walls, garages, and pretty much anywhere hot. there's alot of little kids going to tracks, freight yards, and overpasses and hittin shit up. i remember i even did that too when i was like 11 a few times.

alot of graffiti in LA is gang oriented and their style in like that. old english for latino gangs is common and it may seem sloppy or bad, but thats the way its done. there are good pieces in la too, the netherlands doesnt produce the best graff in the world

These Europeans act like they invented graff because they've come up in...what...the last 5-8 years?! Where did you get the bright idea to paint from?!
Old school heads like The Death Squad from NYC will tell you, all that complicated unreadable ridiculous color shit may look real fancy, but it ain't the original.

new tags never last around here (West LA/East Santa Monica) they get painted over within a day or two.

When I was into it a tag could last years.

Thank Project Heavy West for this: the graff removal crew.

i live in 213 LOS SCANDOLOUS
on this one night my sis was throwin a baby shower for her homegirl and around 2 or 3 in the mornin,i saw 3 cars roll by,they were dropped cars, the type that would fit 4 people, but in these cars were like 6 mexicans in each car! they all got out and each had back packs, and i knew they were gonna catch some spots cuhz i cud hear the cans and shit, and they climbed these stairs where it leads to the 110 SOUTH freeway, when they went up there i was still chillin outside,a hour later,i see all of em runnin to there cars n shit, the next day when i woke up,i went to go check it out n shit, they did so many pieces and hit up sick all over the freeway, the next night,FOX 11 news was doin a story on em. they got up on the freeway signs, the rocky hills, and even on the sides of the freeway(not the side where theres a shoulder you can pull over on,on the very last lane where its possible for a car to run your ass over).

Some people have aiight style homie, plus i noticed that the way someone tags doesn't represent the way they piece. Piecing is art work....

I seen some real wak bombers throw up some real tight pieces in my day.

Tagging of the graffiti 1BN, Tally, RIP KID SUPER, PDB and some other shit on a brownish-red wooden fence beside a public school. On the public school walls, OBN graffiti which is now crossed out. On a grey electrical box thingy is the graffiti OBN with black color, beside it, a graffiti style writing with also a black color cussing up the OBN gang, which is now crossed out..... I forgot what the letters where, but a white graffiti on a stop sign beside a main road.
