Has anyone heard of N.E.G. in Northeast LA? The L.A.P.D. are claiming that the N.E.G. are a part of the Avenues gang so that they can apply the gang enhancement on a person that got caught tagging "NEG" on a wall.
Both photos are near intersection of Figueroa & Avenues 22.
Looks like NEGs and FTC Mobb do not get along.
