SC / U of Southern California / South Central tattoo
The SC logo from the University of Southern California is a popular tattoo in Los Angeles. The SC is always used to mean "South Central" even though there is no such geographic area called South Central.

The SANTA CRUZ STREET clique of RANCHO SAN PEDRO Harbor Area also sports the university of southern california lids with just the "SC" without the U. I believe that West Side Longo Summit Canal clique also represents with it.
