Anyone that says it doesnt hurt is a liar, I have a few tatts including a half sleeve and it hurts big time. But its all part of the experience, if you back out you are weak and the more you have shows you have got balls to commit to the pain and go through with it. This is another reason Yakuza have so many tatts, its to show wether you have balls to sit through hours of pain and if you back out you are not worthy to be a yakuza.

dude honestly you don't need drugs, but they can make the experiance alot easier, i was offered some but when dude went to go get them he was like oh they are at my house,,, so i didn't get any but also your stomach and mid region is the most painful place, unlike your limbs,
the shit hurts non the less.
so yeah if you can find some vic's they are usually like 3 or 4 bucks each, take a couple of those and it will take away the sharpness if the needles chisling up your flesh.

When I got my first tats I didnt take shit I wanted to get drunk but they told me not to cause I was gonna start bleeding iven more.
my first tat was on my right side of the chest it didnt hurt that much just a little bit. The outlining hurt more.

But the shyt can hurt in certain areas my dad has tats all over his body he said the ones that hurt the most are the back of your necc, behind your knee cap, and where you elbow starts on your forearm.
