Swedish prisons are very very well apart from other prisons. Ive heard of hobos who lived on the streets but starting commiting crimes and getting caught so they can get a warm place to sleap.

Also sweden got very low time-sentences, so organized crime is just keep rising and rising, if a gang-member go in for a couple of months for beating someone up hes recruiting in the prison, this result in one member becomes 5, and so on.
