The notorious Bronx street gang Sex, Money & Murder has been hit with a new indictment charging murder, gun possession and drug sales, federal prosecutors said yesterday.

The indictment, which alleges the gang controls the crack trade at the Soundview Houses, targets 14 suspects, prosecutors said. Twelve are in custody and two are being sought.

It was the fourth time since 1998 that prosecutors have filed an indictment against members of Sex, Money & Murder, a group brazen enough to incorporate itself.

h the new charges, prosecutors made use of a statute making it a crime to be a gang member which has been used only a few times nationwide, and never before in Manhattan.

Manhattan U.S. Attorney Mary Jo White said authorities believe the indictment has crushed the gang.

Sex, Money & Murder was founded by Peter (Pistol Pete) Rollack in 1993. As an inmate on Rikers Island two years later, he aligned the group with the New York Bloods.

After pleading guilty to racketeering last year, Rollack was sentenced to life behind bars. Cops plastered Soundview with flyers that carried Rollack's photo and the warning, "Don't Be Next."

The new indictment charges one alleged gang honcho, Sean (Nut) Carr, with a 1994 killing to maintain his leadership.
