No it's not haunted. That is typical of what houses in the neighborhood look like. Property values go down. Slum lords own the houses. Sqautters use them to smoke crack and then they end up burning down. It could be a bunch of reasons.

kcf told me to check out the crime rates for his police division in scarborough, and the crime rates there are all in line with the USA average.

Canada must be so much better than the USA. Its same in some parts of England though, you get people like kcf saying where they live is tough and go on about how bad it is when it aint shit. Those sort of people though dont know nothing else cos they probably spent their whole life in one place.

If you think like each city has a bad area which everyone thinks is so bad, and it maybe bad for their city but compared to a bad area of another city it is probably not bad at all.

e.g. the worst ghetto in San Francisco or Denver is not going to be the same as the worst ghetto in Compton or Watts

No i didnt say that, you misunderstanding what i said. I was generalising, and this was part of a long dispute with kcf.

He was claiming 100 murders a month in his scarborough neighbourhood and thats what sparked off alot of the childish posts you will see in the pics of your neighbourhood threads.

He always says about how bad his neighbourhood is, that its the worst in Toronto but he makes it sound like the worst in the world.

What my post was arguing was that people are always gonna glorify their neighbourhood as the worst, everyone likes to think their hood is the baddest. Now i have only lived in England but have lived in several cities here and everywhere i lived had a bad neighbourhood. And that neighbourhood is always percieved by residents to be intolerable, worse than anywhere else in the country. But thats perceptions of people who have only lived in that city.

They dont realise that there are places around the world or even just around the country that are worse because they aint been anywhere else.

If you read my posts in the right context you will realise i am not saying one hood is worse than another, i am just generalising people's perception.

That is where the example of San Fran and Denver compared to Comtpon and Watts came from. If id have used examples that i know 100% were right for instance Cambridge, England and Nottingham, England, no-one would understand what i was saying.

Now like i said about perception Frisco and Denver to me sound much safer than Compton & Watts, but i dont know this for sure but i used it as an example on the assumption other people have these perceptions.

And my neighbourhood isn't with wiggers, there is hardly any white rap wannabes in my hood, its 90% gangster browns, blacks, and asians, its 5% whites, 3% hispanic and 2% other. When i say 1%, i mean like an avarage 100 people, well, thats scarborough 1%, but my hood's 1%, is like an avarage 10 people. 10 people times 1% of a 100% = 1000 gangsters, O.G's, 25 years of age and over. 15-24 years of age, just gang beat people and do graffiti and shit, although its very rare for a shooting or stabbing between the 15-24 year of age in my hood.
