Did anyone submit this video to the media or cops?

A few weeks ago in Oakland, there was a video of a woman being beat up released on the internet, and the media and cops got a hold of it, announced for more information, and the woman came forward so she is now being helped.

I don't know how old this video is, but someone should send it in soon since this is something that EASILY can be used as evidence, I mean EXACT LOCATION, Video, Voice, and car all to be used as evidence in court.

Forgot who said it, but it's true, its idiots like him that get injunctions put on everyone. And ya, he probably does have some mental issues, maybe not ill, but definitely not stable. The victims here should be helped.
