A Jewish inmate at California's San Quentin prison says his life is in danger because he's being housed with other white inmates, many of whom belong to anti-Semitic, white supremacist gangs. The inmate is asking the prison to reclassify him from "White" to "Other."

why are you so hard on this fool? I don't think he is a hard banger killer, he prob. got real mad and killed his roomate however he did it, but the point I'm making is I don't think he's the type like a banger down to murk anyone at anytime. So of course he is going to feel fucked up and scared if he is running around with yamakas, speaking hebrew, and there are some remorseless nazi killers all around him.

This reminds me of a story I heard out here from a guy who claimed to be one of the first white NYC Bloods (he had the ink to prove that shit)... he did a 7 year stretch. and basically when he sat down with the whites, they gave him a bowl of food. While he ate, they started making the Aryan / racist comments. Being from the BX and growing up around all races he gave the bowl back and went his own way, then eventually absorbed into the Bloods. I didn't know there was white bloods like that in NY state prisons but I guess there are a few of them.

Shit like this would fly out here but I can't picture this flying in California. There was even that story about a Jew from the Valley who had all the Nazi tats and all that. His race was more important than his religion in the pen and he ran with that, that's how I see it mostly going down in California.

Ugh.........He was sharing a cell with a skinhead and NOW he's sharing one with a Vietnamese. It's pretty obvious why now he has a non-skinhead as his cellmate because the skinheads would beat him or kill him now because he wouldn't stop crying about the way he was being treated by them.

Just listen to the fucking interview he SAYS he gets along perfectly with blacks, asians and mexicans and the only problems he was is with the skinheads.

So just because skinheads are hurting his feelings and threathning him he should be treated differently from others? Get real, It's FUCKIN prison! What the hell do you expect? Threats and insults are a common occurence in prison, but not everybody decides to whine to anyone who will listen. He's not special and shouldn't be treated like he is.

Whole prisons in CA are converting to all SNY's....thats ALLLL its going to be pretty soon. This guy has every reason to not want to be housed with skins...just like EVERYONE else has their own reason to get their ass into an SNY. There is'nt hardly any Gen Pop left.

Of course convicts have less rights than innocent children. My point was against your statement that one person shouldn't affect the system. I understand the situations are different, but the principal of one complaint leading to reform remains.
