he he, I asked her to cool it down a while back, but she came back at me and gave me a good dressing down! My view was that it was harder to have conversations when new threads are popping up like theres no tommorrow, but she held a different view and gave me a virtual slap. She seems like a good sort though, you gotta admit.

Well now...if that ain't the pot calling the kettle black. You see...I PM'd Lonewolf and told him that I was hearing from Alonso that I was doing a good job on the articles. That the site stats had gone up, the number of hits the site was getting had gone up and that the number of members visiting the site daily had gone up. And looky here....he is telling me he does'nt PM people because WHAT??? it comes back in the open! So what does he go do?? Mentions something I put in the PM to him...WHERE? in the open

. Not that I have anything to hide...but thats a LITTLE hypocritical....just a little. And in my opinion Lonewolf....you are acting like a bully and it ain't gonna happen.

compromise people

rather than putting each news article on a new thread put links to the articles that are not likely to get replies into one thread and only put articles on their own if there likely to get responded to. that way all the articles can be displayed and not bombard the forum as much.

jus a suggestion. acknowledge it or disregard it, but no point moaning about it because if crstnamre was making a nuisance on the board alonso would have told her. its just a matter of opinion

in my opinion sometimes it does get too hectic as people may miss topic discussions because so many new ones are created. at the same time i like being able to have provision of interesting news articles i might not normally find

its not a big deal though, Its just a matter of having to read the board more thoroughly and wheres the harm in that? :lol:

I feel the need to clarify my above post...Alonso did not tell me the highlighted text. I did NOT tell Lonewolf Alonso told me this either. What was said was in my own words that the stats and hits had gone up. In NO WAY am I alone trying to take credit for this...but they have been steady going up and if it ain't broke why fix it.

Allot of the articles crstnamre posted are from American newspapers.This is a international forum,with allot of people from other country's myself from Holland,so we don't get to see the news articles from America,cause they are not interesting to the media in Europe or some where else.But they are interesting for viewers from other country's coming to this forum,like myself!So i hope crstnamre or Christina Marie will contineu posting news articles that we in Europe don't get to read!

I like the articles. It saves me the work of looking them up myself. To compromise, put them all on one thread as suggested by another writer. It would also be easier to follow.
