Well, know for afact that the cat died because of the mouse. There aint no proof that the cat killed the mouse first.

The cat killed the cat because the cat choked on the mouse. The mouse was already dead. Therefore the cat choked himself with the mouse.

Well the question does not ask who did it, it asks who killed who, right? So I don't know who killed the mouse, and since the mouse was already dead he/she couldn't kill so I would say no one killed anyone.

It was the cats own decision to go after the mouse.
It was the cats decision to try to eat it
What led to the cat choking might've been that the cat tried to eat it too fast
Maybe the mouse was too fat. Iunno. it should've cut it to pieces or some shit.
therefore I'd say that the cat killed both mouse an itself.
wat an emo cat.

THe cat most likely played with the mouse to death.... it killed the mouse by proxy...

the mouse was a spiritual mouse, and before it sucked its last breath, it prayed for justice....

the cat was smoted by God... the mouse was vindicated.

there are no random acts in nature or the spirit realm.

i would need to see the forensic evidence to make a good call on this.
but both parties although dead are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
