I was wondering how did the Crip sets that are closest in proximity and surround Nutty Blocc's territory become their rivals over the years, and not their allies as you would expect them to be?

What does ATF mean? Is it Acacia, Tragniew, and Farm Dog or Acacia, Spook Town, And Farm Dog?
