white prisons

are there any predominantly white prisons? i would think there would have to be a few since theres some states that are almost all white

i dont know much about utah but ive heard theres alot of sureños and norteños and i think chicago gangs also

where ever there is a small black and hispanic population, then most inmates will be white such as in Montana, Minnesota, Idaho, North and South Dakota for sure.
