Nortenos

These concepts are socially constructed and have been given much weight. What are your thoughts?

Nortenos

I'm in Northern California, and I am putting it down for Nortenos. The only problem I think is that I am arab, and I do not want to be part of black gangs, because I grew up with Nortenos. Would this be a problem in the the pinta? When I go in, would separated by race and not be able to join fellow nortenos because I am not mexican?

That's a good question Dice. My advice would be: Don't go to prison. No future in there. Hopefully someone will come by soon and answer your question. I'm anxious to know.

Hahaha, I dont think it would matter, if you are down like you say you are then you should be ok. There are some white Nortenos so I dont think they will descriminate against an Arab.

i think you have a few more options you havent considered.

Sounds to me like the life you are living you plan on going to the pinta. Ever consider that you might not even have to worry about that if you are dead?

Word Nickels you got a point....but this cat might think he'd be straight with his Norteno homies if he goes in but what about other nortenos from other hoods all up in the pen? I think he chose a good side to be down for, being that Nortenos aren't racist.
I think he should be more worried about Surenos, they seem to be all up in Northern California.
