there is a deep hatred between Germans and Turks lately. On another forum a guy sad he went to vacation and some German confronted him if he was a turk or not and threatened him becasue of a t shirt he was wearing or something.

Wow Sentenza you started this thread but then the first one to get on stereotypes. Anyways, I got an afghani homie in LA that stays getting locked up for stupid shit. Tall 6'4 dude. A good invidual though who is loyal. A couple of my best roaddogs out here are Dominican and Jamaican. I rolled with the black homie to Elite Ark in East New York this last Friday to check out Stone Love, dude lent me $20 for drinks lol. I got a couple Asian homies, who are down individuals, cool to drink with. A white homie who only really kicks it with the PR's, Dominicans, Blacks, and all minorities for some reason, that's a good homie for years and years.

Yea, somehow you are right. My intention was to disprove stereotypes....But hey, nobody is perfect.
And you confirmed my "Afghanis are loyal" theory.
When it comes to asians, i seem to get along better with Vietnamese then chinese. I have contact with a lot chinese people, since two of my best friends are married with chinese women, but with most of them (not all though) its hard to get into contact, since they seem to prefer to stay among their own kind. --->Just my impression. And many of them cant take alcohol, haha, 2 or 3 shots and they are lying on the floor
But i got a lot of love for chinese history and arts.

And about the Viet / Chinese thing it's hard to say, I don't know how Asian Germans get down really, whether the community is similar to the US or not. Southeast and Eastern Asians sometimes differentiate themselves. So your friends, did they explain why they both married chinese?

And the loyalty factor of the Afghani thing I would extend to other Middle Eastern peoples. A lot of people call them sneaky, or untrustworthy, I personally like Arab, Persians, Afghanis. A Yemeni store owner thought I was Iraqi (first time that happened) and told me about Iraqis toughness and their 7000 year history of civilized living in the region. He shook my hand and had that iron grip, shows a character of a hard worker.

No, they are "homegrown" chinese, just here for studying or working. They really have this "closed society" attitude and dont like anything european or western thing in general and try to avoid it. But it must be an individual thing with them, cause not all of them are like that, a few are also really nice.
My friends married them cause they are china-lovers. They wouldnt touch any non chinese woman, no joke. The stereotype of nerdy white boys huh? haha
But they are cool.
The Vietnamese guys i hang with sometimes are really different, shirt-sleeved and funny people to be around.
BTW, the organized crime amongst them is also big over here and they can get really wild. A few dozen people got killed in a clan-warfare a few years ago.

But still, the "normal" ones are cool. And i agree with your statement about middle-easterners aswell. Over here, they are kind of like the mexicans in the US i think in terms of their social status.
