I miss those old skool graff days. It was a lot better when ppl were tagging instead of banging. I remember back in the day tagging was a misdemeanor now its a felony, wtf. You can actually get three strikes for this and do life?! If thats true then thats some twisted bs. Can't imagine going to prison with an L for writing on a wall. Is that what happened to Gkae from MSK? I read a interview he did but they never said much about his bid. Just said he was locked up for tagging. I'm not from LA but back in the early 90's I would hear a lot about KNS. Nowa days driving through LA I still see CBS getting up. Heres some crews that were getting up pretty good in OC back in the day: AWR, SSK, EK, UPS, DH, HA, DTD, and a lot more. Those are the only ones I can recall right now. Some of the newer crews getting up in OC is OCP, MKS, MAH, and some others. Can't really remember the newer crews either. Tagging in OC changed big time compared to the 90's.

Gkae got somethin like 7 years, i dont know about the 3 strikes thing its more of a accumulitve damage thing anything over $500 is a felony , a bunch of fools from MTA just got busted for the 2 block long MTA roller in the river and they are lookin at 8 years they said the damage of the river alone is 3.4 million which is BS , they would never clean the river they hardly clean the streets. They are really going hard on writers right now its total bull man, they did a huge "gang" sweep in the middle of january and arrested 80 or so writers for having shit like a bag of weed or some markers cause they were on probation, they need to worry about bigger things than some harmless dudes writing on shit.

We not as deep as were were in the mid to late 80s. I don't think anyone is repping the crew on the streets. But if u run into me at any graff function, I still rep TAG ALL CITY!!!! Most of the folks who kept the crew alive in the 90s were in Northeast LA.
