UNDERRATED RAPPERS

Unread post by BxxMILITIA » December 21st, 2006, 9:48 am

theres alot of bull$hit commercial niggas out in the music industry, makin garbage music n flooding the radio station with their garbage...i cant even turn on the radio with out listening 2 that shit.....i think most of these rappers on the radio r OVERRATTED n need 2 baq the fu*k up n let real niggas thro some real music on the radio n get air play...unfortunatly that aint the case....theres alot of underated rappers that need time 2 shine...

You heard that Return of the Yardfather mixtape?

There's a whole lotta good tracks on that, Dreams is not even the best shit in my opinion

Dont' know if you heard Don't Do That prod. Just Blaze (my favorite joint off that), Desperado, Do Your Thang, Lames, Saigon Sings the Blues....

One of my personal favorites is still Come Again though.

As far as underrated rappers I would say the whole Strong Arm Steady camp, Krondon, Mitchy Slick, Phil the Agony all strong in my opinion. They're really slept on, I would add Self Scientific to that list...

All the NY rappers listed above I would agree with, Sai, Uncle Murda, Technique, etc.

Kweli put that Blacksmith project out with Strong Arm Steady there's some heat on there, like On Site and Makin Money.

Oh another slept on cat from NY that fool MILANO, he also fucks with DITC.

Joell Ortiz nice as hell too. I mean he got signed to Aftermath but he's still a little bit unheard of though.

http://www.joellortiz.com/

http://www.myspace.com/joellortiz

Milano - http://profile.myspace.com/index.cfm?fu ... d=70317829

He had a track "Morir Sonando" that was ridiculous but it ain't on that page.

Big L never got the respect he deserved. The man could kill anyone lyrically... if you don't agree then you haven't heard Big L.
