I don't know the actual numbers,

but percentage wise, EAST LOS is easily OVER 90% Mexican/American and other Latinos.

South LA covers a larger area and since they are about 50 percent of the population from the Eastside to Westside of South LA, I believe there are more Hispanics there than in East LA, which is small.
