i remember back in the days in ny the neighborhood barber was a fat dude who used to cut niggahs hair for 7 dollars...price sounds lovely but like most things it was a catch to it..he would cut the neighborhood hair high....niggah would smoke 5-6 blunts in the shop then ''attempt'' to cut niggahs hair...i dont have to say the results in that

i see alotta dudes-all black-..who do piss poor jobs with the razors...after they cut a niggah hair they brush off the clippers blow oil sheen on it & then make a attempt to cut your hair...days later niggahs would have bumps around they shapeup

being natural & growing ya hair is cool only thing you gotta rely on is a shape up...which is not neccessary

yeah peron..its 1 thing to play with hygiene with all these diseases /germs spreading...but thats just a lack of respect for a barber & his business...you wanna make it to where your customers come back & they spread clientele & get you more customers...its bad if niggahs get bumps on they haircut shapeup but when niggahs be breaking out on the face from dirty clippers from facial shape ups..you just dont care to much about ya hustle...ive seen niggahs with fresh beard shape ups but have a thousand & 1 small bumps around it from dirty clippers being used,makes no sense

I've been in Philly projects, NY projects, driven past New Orleans projects (don't know which ones, but most of NOLA is fucked up looking), but I can tell you... from a sense of just getting that feeling that danger was on your ass, I ain't never seen no place like Watts.

Like I said, I feel pretty comfortable in most parts of Compton that I've seen. My lady teaches, so we been to Gonzalez Park, some park on Alondra, just off of Central, (I don't remember the name), up and down Compton Blvd. But when I got lost in Watts, I ain't gon' lie, I was checkin' mirrors like mutha fucker. You just get the feeling that shit can pop literally at any minute. Cops don't even fuck around over there.

actually blakk I think watts has more poverty than alot of eastcoast ghettos ,and on the eastcoast it just looks worse cuz we ain't got palm trees and alot of the houses are boarded up and condemmed, from people fleeing the cities years ago
