I have seen south america and I know all about whats going on there and like I said there are *some* areas in russia that are worse or at least as bad Im talking about eastern russia (from sibiria to Sakhalin) and the caucasus.

did you read the thread?? the guy who started the thread used the word nigger sevral times, like he said in russia we use the word black for someone who has dark hair and dark skin (mostly from the caucasus & central asia) the word nigger is used to discribe someone who is black it isnt a racist word there.
