He can rap, theres no doubt about that. But to be cocky and say you are the best alive, come on man. Its plenty of rappers that are better than this dude, nowdays you have to have more than just skills spitting. The kissing and claiming to c bdog is faggot ish. That dude or baby arent banging. They saw something that could bring them attention and they jumped on it. What real dude you know get grown and successful then go and bang. He reps, doesnt bang.

Hes a biter, simple as that. I dont even listen to up top rappers that often, dont even like JayZ, but to say hes better than him is wild to me, when he is sounding more and more like him by the single.

Baby ain't his father
His biological father left him when he was an infant, and until the age of sixteen, Reginald "Rabbit" Carter was his stepfather. Despite his unpleasant surroundings, he struggled to keep off the streets and to stay in school[citation needed]. Wayne's first contact with hip-hop was listening to local Cash Money artists such as Pimp Daddy and U.N.L.V., whom he also credited as his earliest influences. At first he started rapping at the block parties; his performance at one of them caught the ear of Lil Slim (an earlier Cash Money Records artist who was from the same neighborhood as Lil Wayne), who soon after the show gave him their phone numbers. He went on an autograph signing session with Lil Slim, where at the first time he met Cash Money Records owners, Brian "Baby" Williams and Ronald "Slim" Williams.

AllHipHop.com: You ain’t playin' games! You’re naming the candidate! Changing the subject, a lot of people see how close you and Baby [of the Big Tymers] are, they hear you refer to Baby as your “daddy” and they want to know, how you came to be so close? What is it that makes you call him your “daddy”? He’s not your biological father right?

Lil Wayne: The day my real father died-the exact day-like the day we got the call, ‘Like ok, he’s in the hospital.” Then we got the call back like, ‘Okay, he died’, Baby came and picked me up like an hour after that, and I was in the passenger seat of his car and I was crying and he looked at me and was like, “N*gga, what you cryin' for? You act like you lost your father”. And from that day on I never lost my father.
