I have not heard of that in Dallas, It might be here, do you know what part of town they are in? As far as the pen goes, It isn't like Cali, Because in Texas there aare a lot of different hispanic Prison gangs,(Barrio Azteca, La raza Unida,Tango Blast,Texas Syndicate,etc..)
