I lived on the east side, Scarborough. In Toronto, everywhere has it's fair share of whitey's . There is no all black neighborhood, or all latino neighborhood in Toronto. Yes I understand that there are Latin gangs there, I remember a few in Scarborough...Latin Browns mostly. But most of that stuff like most of the other gangs in Toronto are youth gangs. These gangs have no O.G.'s. They have no Veterano's. LOL. Only street gangs who had anything that you would call O.G.'s were the Tamil gangs VVT and AK Kannan. Youth gangs aint about $h!t, they just walk around and make noise and fight with people who look weaker than them.

You have a bunch of guys who do dirt, who all come from the same neighborhood, so outsiders begin calling them by the name of their neighborhood.. (ie...Glendower, Malvern, Galloway, Pentagon). But if there is 18th street up there, they're probably like the crips, bloods and all that, mostly 12-18 year old BS. LOL.

Plus Hispanic gangs aren't really doing much in Toronto.. back then, around 98-99, almost all of the gang/drug related shooting deaths were black guys with black suspects. Maybe in another generation or so, they'll be established up there.
