A+ h0M3b0Y, YOU GOT IT ON LOCK DOWN AS USUAL - NO CONTEST 10+

One more though, is not a gang but it was an El Monte Camp "La Colonia"

There's is one minor detail as to WCW = Weigand Colonia Watts, YOU PUT THE NAME BACKWARDS.

L12 LOWELL STREET
BTNL BURLINGTON LOCOS
ES13 EAST LAKE 13
MCF MICHIGAN CRIMINAL FORCE
V8R VARRIO OCHO RIFA

GIBBY, I do beleive Florencia takes it's name from the Florence community and not from Florence Ave, same for SOTEL from the Sawtelle community and not Sawtelle Blvd, otherwise they're good.

"WS CYS West Side Crazys", Mayberry Street Locos - don't count.

El Monte Hicks, I was of the understanding that HICKS was one of the olden camps of El Monte, and not from the name Hickory ?

Lowell actually writes LSL12 (Lowel Street Locos 12)
V8R always write 8ST http://www.sleepylagoon.com/P/8th/calleoch.htm
CYS actually writes MB CYS just as Korea Town CYS write KT CYS. MB CYS never writes WS CYS MSL
I forgot about ELS,BNLS, and MCF
As far as F13 and S13 goes, the communitys are named after the Steets. Sawtelle the street exhisted before the community began to be known as Sotel(Sawtelle)

Esta bien hombre, no te aguites.

I guess L12, V8R, CYS, are just different ways they post up.

I know that CYS will use West Side in their name many times, and Mayberry is to designate where they're from to differentiate from other Crazys.

V8R, also seen them hit ES8ST, but I've seen many times V8R, in fact that's how I came to know abouth them, because they're not that old of a gang. And yes I seen those placasos in Sleepy Lagoon, but I got some others in my folders with "V8R", for real Homie.

L12 many times just as L12 - but I do beleive you're right, because the 12 would be after the split with 13 right ?

I'll take your word on F13 & STL, I'm old but not that old Homie

What about El Monte Hicks ?

Simon CYS actually write MB'CYS. My homie lives off Rosemont and Sunset and theas the way i see the placas all the time till this day.
After Lowell got the verde the starting claiming "Doce" for the 12th letter "L". I knew alot/got down with vatos from Lowell and actually grew up with two vatos who were from Lowell. We went to elemntary and jr high together but their familia lived in Sereno and we split ways right before high school. I know the about the community in inincoporated LA known as Florence but i contend the name came from the street and not vice versa. Same with Sotel. For a time in the 70s/early 80s thier was a click of WF in Monte called Monte White Fence Locos. I know about the campos in Monte and that history. From what Ive been told by old timers Monte Hicks comes from the calle Hickson in Monte. The street is Hickson and supposedly for a while they were called Hickory Boys fro whatver reason. They cut it short and turned to El Monte Hicks. They was another major hood back then in Monte that took its name a from streets. I forgot toput one in the list. It was Sastre Monte. Alrato

QVo Listo. Reason I ask is because Lil East Side in Boyle Heights gets their name from East Side Blvd, which is off Cesar Chavez aka Brooklyn and Evergreen. So whats up with Lil WS Wolf?

LiL HAZARD was real Homies - mid to late 70's "LHR", those vatos went to Lincoln H.S. '78-'79 back in the days when Ricardo Street Locos was also around, I did some schooling at Lincoln, and they were there, they also kept separate from Grande Hazard but they were the same Barrio.

I have always wondered if that is why a lot of people referred to them as the "HAZARDS" in plural form (?)

LiL WEST SIDE off Sunset by Boylston Street, right before you get to Echo Parque Hood, with Alpine on their ES and Diamantes on their SS, they were around as late as '79 - '80 as far as I know if not later than that. I knew a few vatos from there, some of them went to Virgil Jr. & Belmont H.S. and 3 of them also were bused into the Valley during my days. I passed by their hood and through ExP as well as WS WxF hood in echo parke - (which is nowadays MB CYS hood if I'm not mistaken)- every day on the school bus route. "LWS" was their placaso, small hood. I don't know where they got their name from. Simon I know about "LES" East Side Blvd 2 blocks long, off of BROOKLYN (Cesar Chavez).

Back to "LiL's"

LiL HAZARD - not the same as LiL HOOD
LiL TOWNSMEN
LiL MINNIE
LiL COUNTS

many times I've heard L13 being referred as "LiL Lawndale 13"

Hard Times Garden Grove-OxC

Alley Boys Rifa- Santana OxC
Alley Boys- Central Los
Supposedly their not connected.

Criminals(CLS)- WestLos
Kriminals(KRLS)- Central Los
Crimenals(CNA)- Norwalk/Alhambra

Los Compadres Varrio3-Inglewood
Los Compadres- Santana OxC

CVSegundo
LV El Segundo

Dog Town Rifa
Dog Town Stoners

OxFord Ave(OFA)- WS Los/Comptone
Ave Oxford Boys(AOB)-WS Los

Dead End Locos-Whittier
Dead End Boys-Pacas
Dead End Harpys-WestLos

This one is a lil tougher homie cause you never know wich of these varrios are connected and which aint. Especially with L.A and OxC Varrios.

You got Drifters and Cycos in the OxC that supposedly have nothing to do with the ones in Los. You got all the LocoS13 Gangs that might or might not be all connected. Are the Cyclones in HxP connected to the Cyclones in West Covina? Their is also alot of Brown Pride Gangs and Tokers.

By the way Dog Town is fine as DT, the RIFA part is used sometimes, but it is not a true part of their name.

CLS Criminales are in INGlewood's border with Lennex Trece - right ?

DE HPS or HPS DE ? It would be firme to hear the story of these two cliking up together, que no ?

CNA Crimenals Norwalk Alhambra ? Elaborate Homie, never heard of these B4.

Criminals is on 99th str by the airport. Not sure if its considered Lennox or Inglewood.

CNA were some taggers turned gangsters. They were nothing big or special. They were up more in Alhambra than Norwalk.

As for DE and HPS. Well DE was actually a click of HPS before. Those were the straight up riders for HPS before. Long story short, inter gang beef, they were gonna split into two varrios but DE ended up becoming part of the gang name. The true DE's write DE before HPS and the true HPS write HPS then DE. Atleast thats how I came to understand things.
When we started our beef with them the DE's didnt even want to get involved and left it to the rest of HPS cause a handful of DE's use to be from ATC. But shit changed.

Of what I know these three Varrios are L.A Originals that moved to the OxC and I.E and started up clickas. As for Young Crowd, Supposedly the Ghetto Boyz from SCLA were also in the same city as YG and they clicked up to become Ghetto Crowd to go against the I.E hoods.

ALLEY LOCOS in West Side L.A. - DIED OUT - aka:Callejon Locos
ALLEY LOCOS in North Hollywood
ALLEY LOCOS in Santa Ana

Same Varrio. ALS had a NS in the Valley. A SS by Florence hood. A WS in Central Los. Im not sure were their ES was but they also had a click in the OxC in the Santana/Anahiem area.

I probably wouldnt put the Krooks from Anahiem in this cause their actually SouthSide Krooks(SSK) not just Krooks. Its like putting every Varrio that has Criminals in its name Together.

Ay homie what about Barrio Small Town? I know BST is from Long Beach, they claim ES.BST 4th Street. Isnt their a Barrio Small Town in the OxC. Its a trip how some of these OxC varrios got the same name as Los Varrios but they say their not related.
