For a cop stereotyping is a very effective tool. Its a crap shoot sometimes you catch someone with something sometimes you dont.

I remember back in the day hanging with some of the guys at the park and cops roll up and shake us down trying to find something. They would always put me in cuffs and i was ask them if i was under arrest. They would say no its for your protects and ours. I would ask them why arent you cuffing anyone else? No answer from them ever. I'm 6'5" and wiegh around 300 so now looking back i dont blame them.

Even now days i get pulled over randomly and cops give me shit because i have a new 2001 camaro with chrome rims and nice stereo. Popular question is how did someone your age get this car? I ask the cop ballpark figure how much he makes. Cop answers and i tell him dont be fucking mad at me because i'm half your age making 3 times your salary legally (wouldnt advise saying this to them they get seriously pissed hahaha).

Moral is if you want to walk get ready to put up with all the BS that comes with it. Like it or not even if there was laws passed agianst this cops can still find off the wall BS reasons to search you or mess with you.

If he even is white then he is accepting accepting a negative stereotype with the word "boy" in it as Blacks did in another time.
