I went to work to check on some servers (just before 12 am) and I found one of the entrances to the building was busted wide open and there is a big white van that isn't any of ours parked there. I went back to get my cell phone and call the cops and when I get back the van is gone. Two cars came by and I described what happened and how the door was busted open.
Why do I say this? There is some bullsh*t "not snitching" some of yall are still pushing. Even when it comes to taking the life of a brother, a sister, and fellow human being. I'm not talking about trying to get a plea bargain or some sh*t. No, I just saw a crime and called it in. Why?
When you attack my work, you aren't just giving "some else" problems, you are taking food off my plate. And when you attack my boss or any of my co-workers, even the ones I can't stand, even the ones I don't like, you are still attacking me. In fact, even more so than if you were to directly attack me. Why? We are over-hired and my boss was supposed to fire someone to cut costs but he begged and fought for us to his supervisor so we could all keep our jobs, he trained us directly, he created an environment where we weren't just going through motion, but we were learning and gaining valuable experience. He even got me a side job setting up a website since I didn't get as much hours from this office. So when someone steals from my work, I take it even more personally than if you were to straight up rob my apartment (and I don't have sh*t in there anyways). Now it's a huge ass office building so I couldn't find them obviously by just running around every floor there. So what's the next best thing I can do? Call it in. Describe the van. Hopefully eventually they will get our stuff back. I ran to get my cell phone and by the time I got back they already drove off (I think they might have saw me).
So ya I'm a snitch. And I'm proud.
