No, that's ridiculous. There are cops all over Midtown to Downtown, but once you get into the outer-boroughs and East Harlem it's completely different. Over 500 people are killedhere every year, people are MURDERED, DEAD. That is a lot and if there was a cop on every street corner we should be at around 20 or so.

New York City is definetly soft these days. Its the safest big city in America and I know this because im currently residing there.
