I've heard there are AB's in Illinois but I don't think there very prominent.

The NLR accepts members who have little non-white ancestry, generally Mexican or Native American, they don't make up a large chunk of their gang and they usually are white looking. There are no overtly non-white NLR's. They draw their membership from angry young whites in the CA prsion system. There's no shortage. They don't need to out source to Latinos for new blood. As for Royals being Latino now. I could care less.
