i dont know what delaware you are talking about...the only decent sized city is wilmington and that isnt even gang infested....
delaware is MAINLY a farming community....there is no gang activity AT ALL as far as bloods/crips go...if anybody is claiming anything otherwise, they are just WANNABES

The reason why So Los 13 (from LBC) was q'd, because it didn't make sense. So Los means South LA, & LBC isn't in LA. I heard of the war between Surenos & Nortenos there. Nortenos is spelled with a ~ over the 2nd n to be exact.
