I got a question for the board. How come Latino gang graffiti is always much more artistic and better looking then black gang graffiti?

Always? 1 of the best pic's is of 60's. Some people are just more artistic than others.

Yes I can't front the RS grafs is nice, is that the exception? This is just from my view of graffin in my city and what I seen online.

Its like that now because Black Gangs dont function the way they once did. If you go back 15 years ago and beyond Black Gangs had much better Graffiti. Now its whatever!
