Yea, pretty much toronto has about "1200" shootings, not homicides, out of lets say 1200 shootings, there are about lets say 700 homicides. If there are that much shootings, an avarage 50-70 are reported. People are busy and don't care about every single shooting that happens on the street, if it is someone related or in the same area or if they noe them, then they can report the shooting or murder. Why would they care if there is a dead body littering the street, if one person reports like 50 shootings that happened in the area, then all of the gangs in that area would be after the person if they get in trouble by the police. Yes, you are right about "many" of the shooters are belived to be less than 18 because most of the shootings in my area, which 3 happened by 15 year olds, 5 happened by 16 year olds, 7 happened by 17 year olds, an 10 happened by 18 year olds today in my area but none of them were reported. Most of them are highschoolers in my area an so as rest of toronto. People are scared to report them, the gangs will go after them and shoot the people who report the shootings, its like that in real life. Mind your own buissniss is how it is in toronto, if you see a fight on the street where many people are walking, you walk away from it as fast as you can so you won't get involved, thats how it is in my area and the rest of toronto. If you are talking about 1000 at least gang members ----- all of the groups i showed you were crews, not gangs, these crews are mostly in scarbororugh and are not at the rest of the world, gangs are bigger in about 10 times in size if a crew is 300-500 people big. Usually, avarge crews are 30-50 people.
