Folks and People are gang/mob alliances, not Nations. Folks might include like 20 different organizations, and each one has its own colors. Same goes for People. (GD is a Nation, BPS is a Nation, etc.)

Most seem to have at least 2 colors, and one of them is usually black (black & blue, black & red, black & gold, black & green), but it's usually a secondary color, not one they would flag.

San Pedro back in the 70's used the Black Rag with Gold Embroidery to represent before they went all Blue Rag. Also in the 70's the ExS Primera Flats Flips used the black rag.
