Maybe it's because you live in Africa? Or am I mistaken? Idk it just seems this way. White Americans are afraid of African Americans which are afraid of Russians, but are not afraid of Russians themselves. This is what my theory comes into when the mentality and culture and way of life is put into work:

White Americans see African Americans as people who commit crime and murder people, as criminals they can't go against one on one. So they would think getting beat, getting robbed, getting shot, stabbed and killed by them if they go against them.

White Americans see Russians as not a people in terms of crime, but as a political, a military enemy, as a country. So they would debate it even face to face because they see a war with them and because of the USA officially declaring itself the strongest nation on earth because of technology which is actually equivelent or less to Russian only looks different and costs more and they are confident they can win the war which means they can win the fistfight, so they don't see a fistfight or getting murdered coming at them.

African Americans see Russians as a people described by the Russian mafia, which alot of African Americans have no knowledge about, but they have heard stories of how some vato or some nigga messed with some Russian guy in a nightclub they got in a fight and the next day 50 people suddenly got massive amounts of lead pierced and pounded into them just looking for this guy and when they found him they tortured him skinned him alive whatever and suddenly they go quiet next time someone mentions Russians. They see a lost war with the Russians when it comes to gang warfare. I don't know what it is. Can any black person tell me please?

I mean, me and my dad, we put on Katyusha by the Red Army Choir loud, my dad being the pro-Communist pro-Russian pro-Socialist nationalist he is yells Russia is the best etc not going into details, we in the car this black guy in his 40s we know looks like a crackhead to me but he quiets down and backs off said ok yeah making a hand gesture that says ok I back off and he goes home.
