the 1st Street ECC do not exist and their hood was not continues from 1st to 190th. They have about 6 or seven small hoods on the east side and their largest hood in size of turf is the 190 East Coast Blocc Crips. I a not sure is some of their other hoods have faded but will find out.

They still poppin and killin Flowers, like i said, more of them drop than Coast. Most are locced up not dead. Others have moved to Lancaster, while others are still in they hood, and other are in other Coast hoods.

WHy you think they shootin innocent victims? The homies know how to handle shiat, the Coast hoods closer to Hooper are deep in Florence area, so they resulted to other tacitical manuevers.

Put it like this, do some research on the time the beef with F13 started with coast, and i assure you the Flowers lost more homies. Coast mostly lost innocent bystanders in their hood rookie.
