WHAT PART OF THE CITY HAS BEEN THE ROUGHEST ?
WHAT PART OF THE CITY DO YOU THINK HAS BEEN THE ROUGHEST IN THE PAST 5 YEARS (S.E., N.E., N.W., S.W.)?

its hard to say
my hood(southside) has had its share of infamy
and this last summer of 08' the trinidad neighborhood of NE has been crazy!
talk about 7 dead over one weekend.
10 innocent people dead in a week.
10 shot/stabbed over another weekend.
It was so bad in trinidad that they had the cops had to barricade the neighborhood and no one was allowed inside or to go out..
talk about crazy.
SW is'nt all that bad but shti happens there .
NW has its rough places but the closer you get to Coward University the closer you are to the peckerwoods.

Southside back in the day....shit seems more random now and goes in ebbs and flows. Use to be a hood jumped 24/7.

i kno bakk in the day like 92-95 when the 1st and kennedy st crew was there a lot of problems up in n.e was poppn off
than south east popp'd off i think S.E was even murder capital of the USA in the year of 96-97???
these days I dont hear much crazy shit go down in D.C "but i kno hella crazy still does pop off ALLLL the time"
