eastern euro's in prison

very curious as to this, where would an eastern European fit in. say in Texas prison ?

and are there many Russian, or former soviet country decedents in lock up, do they band together or join with Aryans ?

E. European nationals are in the white car. Most are in mid west or north eastern prisons where the prison gang system is less racial.
