i been born and raised in dc since the 70's and i seen alot of chnages in the DC metro area but one thing that has not changed the ratio of black people, i see them building and renovating certain areas which only brings in middle class balck people but they still black.

There has been alot of immigrants from El Salvador,Nicuruaga,Honduras etc that have moved into the city (mainly uptown)
Theres alot of Dominicans in the rougher parts of NW

and alot of white people have moved blacks out for the houses/apartments becuase of the gentrification that's been going on.

10 years from now NW and SW will be mostly white and NE and the Southside is gonna be mostly Amigo's. It's damn there like that now.

Columbia Heights is kinda hood... that's mostly Central American from what I seen

Outta curiosity what streets the Dominicans on in NW? I heard most Puerto Ricans and Dominicans are confused as biracial, half black, half white, down in that area

i dont know what streets they be on but they deep downtown not too far from the white house and all the shops and stores.

lol there are no spanish ppl on the southside...except for the el salvis and such but they try not to come down here cuz they get robbed all the time..

I see salvadorians on Benning Rd and MLK all the time not many but their there. Give it time.
