Re: Los Angeles Graffiti
I know dudes that knew the guy who got popped R.I.P., I guess those fools were mad at the graffiti shit and took it to the next level. I can see why they felt snitched on if they're locked up currently.
I mean some dudes out here in NY snitched on my man, you may have heard of them IRAK, but they are not known to be hard core (matter of fact many are known to be homos) so I can understand that.
Don't sweat the video dog. The pics are dope. Haven't heard from AWR in a while it's been all MSK and I wonder what happened to AM7?

Re: Los Angeles Graffiti
Yeah i heard of IRAK mostly from EarSnot fame, i dont give a fuck if fools are gay but snithces get no respect thats just a law that everone should live by. AM7 man I havent seen that for a minute, and it seems alot of the AWR foos are busy with 7th letter projects while MSK is still keepin it street, no problem with legals 7L puts down some of the sickest legal work around right now but MSK is definatly reppin the streets.
I been seeing alot of South Bay crews gettin mad ups and shit right now tho like KI, 777, TCV, 420K they get alot of hate buts that just cause they get alot of spots. Im all about the art man all the beef shit is out the window most of the world hates graff writers why we gotta hate each other you know. People need to settle their beef on walls, do it old school then get together and collab on some shit.

Re: Los Angeles Graffiti
Yo by the way the first one "CHINO LATINO" is one of my favorite pieces. Bojorquez says he was inspired to do that while kicking it at a bar in Chinatown, and seeing how well the Mexican and Chinese youths got along and just kicked it. That's why you see both elements in the piece. Shit is hard.YUTS wrote:Yeah here goes some , Chaz's lettering and skull character are L.A. History
The second one is wild, look at Dogtown dissing his Ave 43 tag. I had no idea Chaz was from the Aves.
Re: Los Angeles Graffiti
Here goes some RETNA AWR, MSK, 7th Letter with letters which in my opinion are heavily influenced by chaz, kind of reminds me of Hebrew or something. This foo RETNA is off the fuckin chain one of my favorite artists right now.

That's a clean shot for being off a freeway, what camera was it and I hope you weren't the one driving lolYUTS wrote:110 Freeway
I want to get some shots of nice work before they get washed or tagged-over but I don't always have my camera (like the Original mural on the HanKook Market got messed up and had to be covered by graff art). You should get a scrapbook together and sell it, these are some pieces that aren't going to be around forever and it's high quality stuff you find. Maybe give a portion to some charity/art fund.
Re: Los Angeles Graffiti
This one i took before my good camera died it was an olympus not shure the model but it was the shit, my batteries wore out and now its out of date lithium so i have to special order them, i always have my girl shofer me around so i can get pics on the freeway ive been using my video cam and taking screen shots scince my regular cam died.
Ive been talking to my homeboy for about a year now about trying to put out something underground to sell kinda how the old graff mags used to be, but i lag it and just post on the net. I know what you mean there have been so many super quality spots that get buffed or dissed before i can get back to take some shots but ive been on some serious missions lately strictly to take pics. Im glad you enjoy it, ill keep em coming
