What are the big organized crime groups in chicago? I know there is alot of italian, polish and puerto ricans there are they the most up there or what? n e body knoww

It depends on where your at. North Chicago subs have a lot of russian and albanian mafiats. Like buffalo grove, arlington heights and other rich neighbor hoods around there.

ya i heard north chicago has lots of polish and russian gangs, what about italians?
