neighborhoods are always catching the green light whether for a day or a week or forever.

maravilla was supposed to have it for life. they basically had to pc up in the county so i dont understand how u go from pc to mainline and everythings firme but ive never hated on there decision, they manned up and took the consequences like real g's.

i think victoria parks got it for life. lowels got it forever too. and the last time i was in the county harpys had it for a second and blythe street caught it.. its all about money, like if 18 catches a green they'll get it off 5 minutes later cause they got the money, some of these smaller varrios cant come up with the money so they catch it and now im giving up game publicy.

my hood even had it for a long time.. smoke varrios that been around forever didnt comply in the beginning cause they didnt think they had to listen to anybody but the shit got so deep everyone had to follow suit eventually.

The AZMV was a typo on my part! I was sayin that I was in that area last Sat. I was on Ford & Olympic. Im not from that area so Im not too familiar. I wasnt sure if I was in the Varrio or the outskirts!

i actually read about lott13 on another web sight the way the neighborhood was described and their beginnings sounded pretty cool,i think their name means "livin on the top" when i remember the sight ill post it ,it might of been that brown pride web sight im not sure

CVP did have the green, they were the 2nd Varrio I ever heard of that had the green. Lowell got the Verde in like 91 and I remeber hearing CVP in hot water around 92. Thats right around the time when the "big homies" really started to flex their muscles on the streets.

Your on point with that Lowell situation, I was going to continuation school with a Lowell when that went down, within weeks they took him out. As for CVP thats a trip they had the verde in the 80's, I didnt hear about that till like 92 and it was from some dude from N/S Crazyriders in North Hollywood. Off hand who are some of the 1st to get the green? My list is probably very inaccurate but I would say CVP,Lowell,MV, I also heard the whole Whittier car got lit too early in the 90's too, but not 100% on that one.

The C.O (name withheld) had broke it down telling us that "Greenlight" hits/assaults changed daily in the LA County Jail.
