This is entirely geographically biased, all depends on when and where you're at. I know white fools from places like North OC who've been hemmed up by the Po more than ANY black or Asian I've ever known in my life.
I was with a white dude co-worked after work one night, on Harbor Blvd near disney land, walking to the bus stop to catch our connection, cop just passing by slammed his breaks, flashed his lights and stopped us, completely ignoring me and going straight for the white dude. Cop was cool, he found a glass weed pipe but gave it back, so homie asked the officer at the end of the search why he was stopped, to which the officer replied "You don't look like you're from around here," 'here' being the place he was born and raised in. He then asked the officer what he was looking for and he said "Heroin, meth, anything really, you just look the part" (He was sporting a brown hoodie(hood down though) with a beard) so when he asked the cop his professional opinion as to what he could change about his appearance to "fit in" more the cop simply looked him over and replied, "everything, your shoes, pants, sweater, backpack, beard, everything...that or move to oregon"
