Only Rangers & Celtic would be in that leauge, outside the Old Firm, the scottish leauge is shite, I dont know how they would do week in week out, playin in a leauge like that would bring more money to the club. Teams like Sunderland get more money to spend on players than the old firm, think its mostly to do with tv rights n stuff

fair play jinky at least your honest, i must admit i havent been overly impressed with the scottish league on setanta, you see players from the english championship/league 1 etc playing in the top flight. its mad when you go on football boards, you hear a lot of scottish fellas saying rangers or celtic would win the premiership, i cant see it myself...i think if they had a bad season they would struggle.

Leauge 1 teams in England have bigger stadiums than probally all Scottish club outside the old firm, Whenever the old firm play English teams we generally do well, But week in week out i dont know how that would play out(Fuck that travelling too everyweek). Celtic get Man United alot in the champions leauge and all do well, Celtic Home record in the champions leauge is accually very impressive, theyve took down the biggest of the big at Parkhead, but theyre away form lets them down, And Rangers reached the Uefa Cup Final last year, the fighting in Manchester over shadowed how well Rangers done to get their, Considering the team we had to work with and the amount of games we played that year, More than anyone in Europe.

Last time Rangers played an English team we beat them(Chelsea) but it was a friendly.

with the teams weve both got now i reckon mid to lower half of the prem.If it ever did happen tho, both teams could probably increase their stadium capacity by 20000,plus sponsorship money enabling them to compete in the top six with the finances that would come in.Saying that celtic probably still wouldnt spend it.

I hope so too, Rangers & Celtic's team have been just as bad as each other as of late, Thats the only reason it was a close finish. (Wee Nachos goal wis a screamer at the weekebd)

------------------------

To the earlier conversation i would say if we had the resources as in money and stuff like teams in the English leauge we could do just as well as anybody there, may take a few years to get up to par but i think we could definetley get up there.

i started watching the EPL a couple years ago. I like Newcastle United alot, I didn't want to be a frontrunner and pick one of the big 4, but Tottenham or Manchester City would have been a good choice right now.

I like Newcastle United. I Watched the EPL for a few years now but never chose a team. I was watching the NUFC v Arsenal game a few weeks ago and I was goin crazy I couldn't believe that came back 4 goals in the 2nd half.
