I dont think anyone wants to be black.It may be the style the blacks sport out.I mean look at black wearing hollister,tight jeans and big shades.Does that mean they want to be white?

I think it was more or so that BPS made a warning to other gangs, and especially Hispanic gangs (for some reason?) moving in on there turf or attempting to take over. Similar to F13 and ECC, not racial as it seems, but more out of anger and revenge towards the other.
